  • How can I create an account?

    If you do not already have an account, you can create one when placing your first order.
    On the “Your order” page, fill out your personal information.
    Please indicate your e-mail address.
    After paying for your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your account has been created. This e-mail will confirm your password, which you can change in the “My Account” section of our website. Your e-mail address and password are required to log in and place orders.

  • How can I log in to my account?

    Select the “My Account” page.
    On the “Log in” page, enter your e-mail address and password.
    Click on “Log in” to access your account.
    Tick the box next to “Remember me” if you wish to stay logged in for future purchases.

  • How can I retrieve or change my password?

    Can’t remember your password? On the “Log in” page, click on “Lost your password?” Enter your e-mail address and you will be to be sent a link to reset your password.
    To change your password:
    Go to the “Profile” section of the “My Account” page.
    Enter your existing password and the new one in the provided fields.

  • What types of payment can I use?

    You can pay for your order via Paypal or by credit card, VISA or MasterCard via a secured service provided by SMC bank.

  • Is payment via www.feeligold.com secure?

    Indeed it is. Our secure “https” connexions guarantee full security for all payments via our site. Your banking details are encrypted using a SSL protocol and are not stored on our website.

  • How is invoicing handled?

    Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a detailed invoice for your order via e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail, check you inbox’s spam folder. You can also download a copy of the invoice directly from the “My Account” section of our website.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Once processed, orders will be delivered within 48h working hours in mainland France and 2 to 8 days for international deliveries.
    Once your order is on its way, you will receive a link via e-mail to track your Colissimo delivery. If you’re not at home when your order is delivered, no worries! Colissimo will leave a redelivery slip in your letterbox. You can choose to have your order redelivered to the same address another day. If your order delivery is taking too long, please contact us and we will help you track it down.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping is free for all orders over €45. For orders under €45, several shipping options are available.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once you have placed your order, its details will appear in the “Orders” section of your account page.
    At the same time, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
    Once it has been processed and sent, your order is assigned a delivery number which will be sent to you via e-mail and will appear in your account. This number will help you track your order until delivery.
    If your order is being delivered to your address, you can track its progress via the Colissimo website. When your order reaches the selected address or package collection point, you will receive an e-mail informing you of its arrival.

  • Items are missing from my order. What should I do?

    If the products you have received do not match your order, please contact us

  • How can I return an unwanted item?

    If you are not entirely satisfied by an item, you can decide to simply exchange or return it under 14 days after delivery to your address*. The product must be intact, returned in its original packaging with its accessories and user’s manual. The product must be completely un-used.
    To return your order, send a message to our returns & exchanges services via the online contact form with your contact details, your e-mail address and the dates on which your order was originally placed and delivered.
    Then, send us the product to the following address, preferably in the box it was originally sent in for optimum protection:

    The returned product will be inspected once we receive it.

  • What is the use of the Activ’feel?

    Activ’feel is an electro-beauty device that harnesses two complementary technologies, the application of bipolar micro-currents and light therapy, to boost the effect of the skin care’s active ingredients and increase collagen production. This new beauty ritual delivers utmost performance and unrivalled results.

  • May I use the Activ’feel with other cosmetics of the market?

    The i-feel BEAUTY and SPORT face and body cares have been specifically formulated to be coupled with the Activ’feel device. Our formulas activated by the Activ’feel have been subject to clinical trials demonstrating the full benefit of the Activ’feel.
    If you intend to use the Activ’feel with other cosmetics, we recommend using skincare formulas specifically developed for electro-beauty.

  • How does the device power on?

    Turn on your Activ’feel by pressing the On/Off button on the device (left button when the LEDs are facing you) for a few seconds.

  • How to connect my device with the Feeligold mobile application?

    For a first use, download the Feeligold mobile application on your smartphone.
    When the application starts up, if a message appears stating non-compatibility between your smartphone* and Activ’feel, you can still use your device manually.
    Enter the e-mail address and password of your Feeligold client account or create an account directly from the app.
    Confirm by clicking OK.

    *Only smartphones or tablets with the “Bluetooth Low Energy” functionality will be able to steer the Activ’feel with Android 4.3 and iOS 5 versions or higher.

  • Where can I find the Feeligold app?

    Feeligold mobile application is available on Android and iOS.

  • May I use the device without the app?

    The Activ’feel can be used manually. You can select your program with the selection button on the right of the device. The LED colors will indicate if you have selected the right care. They correspond to the color of your face or body care.

  • Can the Activ’feel be charged?

    The Activ’feel can be charged in one quick gesture, simply by placing the device on its charging-cradle. This cradle must be previously plugged into a wall socket using the adapter and USB cable.
    Make sure the Activ’feel is well positioned on the cradle.

    A color indicator indicates the charge level:
    – A pink light indicates that the charging stand is correctly connected to the main power.
    – A red light confirms that the Activ’feel is charging.
    – A blue light indicates that the charge is complete.
    – A blinking red light indicates a charge error. In this case, clean the Activ’feel, paying particular attention to the electrodes as well as the charging cradle if necessary, then replace the device on the charger.

  • When do I know my program is over?

    When the program stops, the LEDs flash in blue, if you are connected to your smartphone, or in green, if you use your device manually. The app also indicates that the care is completed. You can click on the “OK” button to return to the programs screen and start a new one if you wish.

  • How does the device turn off?

    To turn off the Activ’feel, press on the On/Off button for a few seconds.
    When not in use, the device will turn off automatically after 3 minutes.

  • The LEDs of the device Activ’feel flashes in red. What should I do?

    In case of a malfunction, red LED light sequence will help you identify the cause of malfunction.
    If 1 LED blinks and the other 7 are on, the device indicates a low battery. Recharge the Activ’feel on its charging cradle
    If 2 LEDs blink and the other 6 are on, that means there are a bad contact with the skin. We advise you to renew the application of your cream.
    If 3 LEDs blink and the other 5 are on, that means there are a bad contact with the skin. We recommend to remove excess of gel and reapply evenly.
    If 4 LEDs blink and the other 4 are on, you lost Bluetooth connection to Feeligold app. Turn off the Activ’feel and check its presence in your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings.

  • How long does the battery last?

    Totally recharged, the Activ’feel’s battery holds for four hours, about 120 rituals.

  • Is the Activ’feel under warranty?

    The Activ’feel is under warranty for one year after its purchase date. Its battery is under warranty for a duration of up to 500 charge cycles.

  • Can I clean the Activ’feel?

    After use, you can wash the Activ’feel with a damp sponge. Its water-resistance allows for a safe cleaning.

  • Are micro-currents dangerous?

    Micro-courants used in our device are harmless.

    Feeligold i-feel BEAUTY products and devices result from years or R&D by Feeligreen Laboratories, recognized by several international patents. The safety of the device and the micro-current technology are both registered under a Feeligreen SA patent. This patent guarantees the continuous control of the applied current as well as the safe control of its maximum intensity in order to avoid any risk of burning or cutaneous irritation.

    We invite you to read the precautions for use before any use. For some conditions and pathologies, we strongly recommend avoiding the use of any electrobeauty device (epileptics, allergies to heavy metals, etc).

    Bipolar micro-current technology is characterized by the fact that the micro-current is delivered locally, penetrating only a few millimetres beneath the skin. This way, micro-currents and active ingredients don’t breach through the epidermis.

  • Are LEDs dangerous for the eyes?

    Avoid directing the LEDs at your eyes when switched on. It is recommended to close your eyes when using the device in their proximity. In general, avoid direct illumination of the eye to prevent any risk of glare.

  • In which cases is the use of the device not recommended?

    Respect and apply the directions and precautions for use.

    The Activ’feel and its cares must only be used on a healthy skin. Do not use on damaged skin, skin presenting acne rosacea, allergic to metals, that presents cutaneous problems or is particularly sensitive.

    Consult your doctor before using the Activ’feel in the following cases:
    – if you are pregnant or breastfeeding,
    – if you carry a pacemaker or any similar device,
    – if you have been diagnosed for epileptic risks,
    – if you have a metallic dental appliance or implant,
    – if you have a health issue.
    Do not use on children’s skin.
    Do not apply directly on mucosa, lips, eyes or eyelids.

  • My Activ’feel is damaged, what should I do?

    If you Activ’feel is damaged or no longer functioning, do not try to dismantle or repair it. Contact the Feeligold Client Services for a diagnostic and replacement procedure at 0800 746 547.

  • Can I use the Activ’feel on my children?

    It is not recommended to use the Activ’feel on the skin of young children.

  • Do I have to remove my makeup before using the Activ’feel ritual? Can I put my make-up one once the ritual is over?

    It is important before using the Activ’feel to remove make-up foundation or oily film and have a clean skin. Once the ritual is over, you can apply your usual cream and put your make-up on.

  • What is the i-feel PRECISION applicator tip usage?

    Precise, this unique applicator tip targets specific skin problems. It boosts the skin care’s efficiency via micro-stimulation and light therapy.
    Each of the i-feel PRECISION cares targets a specific skin condition (dark spots, imperfections, blemishes, …).

  • How does the applicator tip turn on?

    You just have to remove the applicator cover and push the on/off button. When the applicator base blinks in green, it is ready for use.
    Press on the on/off button to select the treatment:
    Press once to select the lowest intensity (base indicator shows a light color). This intensity is recommended for sensitive skins or in case of rash or hypersensitivity to current.
    Press a second time to select medium intensity (base displaying an intermediate color). This intensity is suitable for normal skins.
    A third press will select the maximum intensity (base displaying a bright color). This intensity is targeted at intensive treatment for acute skin condition.
    Once the treatment intensity has been selected, apply the tube applicator on the target treatment area and deliver a dose of cream by pressing on the tube. The treatment (micro current + LED) starts after 5 seconds.

  • How do I know that the treatment is over?

    Once the treatment has finished, the applicator base blinks in green, indicating that the system is ready for another treatment.

  • How does the applicator turn off?

    It cannot be simpler: just replace the applicator cover: the device will automatically turn off. If not in use and the cover has not been put back in place, the device will automatically switch off after 3 minutes.

  • Is the applicator tip connected?

    It is not connected, not for the moment!

  • Can I recharge the applicator tip?

    The applicator is not rechargeable. However, it allows you to go to the end of your tube by performing about 120 treatments.

    If the base indicator of the applicator emits a red pulse, the battery has reached its end of life. The applicator can then be recycled in the appropriate recycling bin dedicated to electric and electronic components (DEEE).

  • What if the applicator has reached its end of life and there is still some cream remaining in the tube?

    We have defined a specific quantity of cream in line with the duration of the battery. If you use for each treatment the fair dose of cream, you do not risk ending up with an applicator that no longer works before the end of your cream.

  • Are micro-currents dangerous?

    After use, clean the applicator tip with a moist tissue. Do not rinse under water. Replace the applicator top: the device will automatically turn off.

  • How long does the battery last?

    The applicator allows you to perform about 120 treatments. Do not forget to remove the applicator cover and tear off the transparent plastic sheet from the battery cover when using the product for the first time.

  • Can I use the applicator tip with other creams sold in the market?

    It is strongly discouraged to screw the applicator tip on other creams: i-feel PRECISION safety and harmlessness has been tested and validated with our own formulas. Other creams may interact with the applicator and damage both the cream and the device.

  • Do I have to remove my makeup before using the Activ’feel ritual? Can I put my make-up one once the ritual is over?

    It is important before using the i-feel PRECISION products to remove make-up foundation or oily film to have a clean skin. Once the ritual is over, you can apply your usual cream and put your make-up on.

  • Do LE PATCH masks come in several sizes?

    LE PATCH masks are single sized products designed to offer a perfect fit for faces of all shapes.

  • Should I remove makeup before use? Can I apply makeup after the routine?

    Before using LE PATCH masks, your skin should be clean and free of makeup. Once the routine is finished, apply your usual face cream and reapply makeup if you so wish.

  • Are micro-currents dangerous?

  • Is micro-stimulation painful?

    Given their low intensity, micro-currents are by no means painful or even remotely unpleasant. Sensitive users may feel the light effect of micro-stimulation on certain parts of their face.
    If you experience pain or lasting unpleasant sensations, we recommend you peel the mask off your face immediately.

  • Can I use my mask without moistening my face beforehand?

    Moistening your face will help the mask stick and boost the effect of skin micro-stimulation thanks to the conductive effect of facial mist.

  • My mask won’t stick to my skin, what can I do?

    To help the mask stick properly, we recommend you use the refreshing and soothing Feeligold Mint Floral Mist on your face before applying the mask.

  • Can I keep my mask on for longer than 30 minutes?

    You can, but it will not increase the mask’s effect. Our tests show that 30 minutes is the optimal amount of time to reach maximum efficiency.

  • Are the masks reusable?

    All LE PATCH products are for one-time use only. The mask should be discarded after use.

  • Where should I store my masks?

    LE PATCH masks should be kept in a cool and dry place away from moisture and sunlight.
    To add extra freshness to your routine, place the mask in a fridge one hour before use.

  • The mask was damaged when I opened the packet, can I still use it?

    Tearing and other deterioration can impact the desired effects of LE PATCH masks. We recommend you contact our customer services for information on what to do with the damaged mask.

  • I experience skin redness after use, is that normal?

    If you experience redness or undesirable skin reactions after using LE PATCH masks, we recommend you stop using them immediately. If redness remains for more than 24 hours after using LE PATCH, please contact your doctor.

  • In what cases should I avoid using these masks?

    If you suffer from metal allergies, a skin condition or particularly sensitive skin, the use of LE PATCH masks is not recommended. These products should not be used by children, or if pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • What should I do if the mask comes into contact with my lips, eyes, eyelids or mucosa?

    In case of contact with any of the listed areas, immediately rinse profusely with fresh water. If burning or other unpleasant sensations appear or persist, please contact your doctor.
